JOYLAND - ABDULLAH SHAKIL (ANIMATED LYRIC VIDEO)

For this project, I basically had a week to make a lyric video from scratch on the basis of the concept of the song.

Although it was extremely stressful, I'm happy that I did this project because its the first lyric video that I've made by myself from start to finish. Previous lyric videos (Phantom - Takatak, Firetruck - Ali Suhail) were animating already existing artworks by other artists, but for this, everything from the character design, the frame by frame animation, the motion graphics, it was all done by me. For that reason, I think this will hold a special place with me.

This was also my first time doing frame by frame animation for a project of this scale. And also for something that was not university related. It was a fun process, albeit quite tedious.
